I believe there are only 15 (fan-subbed) episodes out anyway...but Animeu.com releases them as they come out. You have to sign up with their forum though, and they're currently going under some renovations.

There are 39 eps... but as it was licenced it´s difficult to get after ep 26.. I´m still looking for them
