For the manga, you can download al chapters at http://ochitsuki.net/unmei/chobits.php but u cant download chapter 61 since it at IRC. If you got IRC, then its okey.

And for the anime, you can find 1 - 25 (there is 26 episodes) in english at http://www.aftermathanime.net but i wouldent recomend it to u, since I´m for that if u CAN, then u shall see it in japanise.

Yeah, that means that u.. Okey from the beginning: When u get broadband (dont really know the english word, im swedish, not blond though) they say that u can only download a limited numbers of.. Hmm.. One billion marks.. Gigabyte, i think... anyway, its kind of the same thing, u can only download a special limit of gigs. But relax, it should go away about the 1/10. I thnk. But it should work whithin a month. I think. I have no idea if this really is the way it is, but its worth a try, if not anyone gives u a better proposeal.

u should just go to the be with you scans(the group that did chobits and other mangas..) http site http://bwys.cjb.net/ click on the huge enter sign at the top and go to the manga sections note:u guys should really learn how to use irc much more conveinet http sites die off so its harder to get manga that way
