Who or what exactly is Halliburton? I know it has something to do with oil...right?

No, it has to do with defense contracts. VP Dick Cheyney used to work for Haliburton before he became Vice President of the US. Possible Conflict of Interest thing going on, I think.

Dick Cheney didn't just work for them, he was the CEO, and no doubt still has more money tied up in the comoany than most people ever see in their life. If you ask me, that's a DEFINITE conflict of interests.

Don't even get me started on the evil fuckers that run Halliburton.
