I had the same problem a few months ago but I found this amazing site with HUNDREDS of DB/Z/GT No Audio HQ clips. They're free for anyone to use and are very high quality. They also have clips from all the movies!

The site is available to view in the english language or Italian. Once you pick the language just look under the subtitle 'Video clips' alick on 'NO AUDIO HQ CLIPS' and there you have it! It clearly says that it is free for anyone to use without asking permission!
