Good luck finding One Piece dubbed. It was just recently licensed in the US, meaning that American anime companies are just now working on english dubs for it. I don't think they've even released it in the US yet, meaning that there are no English dubs in existence. That being the case, the only thing in existence is fansubs (Japanese with English subtitles). On that note, One Piece isn't even finished yet. It's been running since 1997 and they're up to 198 episodes, 5 movies, 3 specials, and still going.

If you're a true anime fan, you'd watch it in Japanese with subtitles. I used to watch dubbed anime, but after watching subs for a while, English dubbed anime sounds awful. There's so much more emotion and expression in the Japanese language, and American voice actors can't express the same emotion. That's why Japanese voice actors (Seiyuu is what they're called in Japan) are praised so much. Heck, a lot of Japanese fans praise the voice actor more than the anime series itself!

If you want One Piece episodes, you can get subbed episodes 1-111 at http://www.kaizoku-fansubs.com, plus 3 of the movies and one of the specials. That's all that's out there currently. Good luck man.
