Hi My daughter bought a repossed house 3 years ago and finds that the property has been blacklisted so she cannot apply for a credit card etc. Is there some one or someplace that controls this and can she apply to have the blacklisting removed A.Balfe

You cannot 'blacklist' a prperty only people. there may have been former occupants that the credit agencies think are still living there. Write to experian to ask what info thay are giving out, and then write back to correct it.

Contact Experian, Equifax, and CIFAS to check if a CIFAS warning has been registered against your address.
