seen Inuyasha, got bored around the 60th episode. Dragon ball z is a no, seen it obviously... (who hasn't?) Ranma 1/2 sounds interesting, but I haven't heard of city hunter.

City hunter's a great series If a little old. Ryo Saeba is the city hunter. Private eye, haired assasin, thief, Bodyguard and all round pervert.
