I am located in Bismarck, ND. The cart is in excellent condition. We bought it 6 years ago out of Chicago. That is where it was manufactured. It was used in a hospital setting all that time. (It did such a good business the hospital decided they should start their own) The cart is called a Bandeaux full service cart.
