Bittorrent... and only bittorrent for a almost a year. Emule, kazaa lite and winmx, they are on my computer but haven't touch them for a long time.

irc and BT mostly, rarely do I use ftp.

TurboTorrent. Its a great program. It seeds WHILE you download. It also has a cool search program and the downloads are fast. It lists all the leechers/seeders and lets YOU choose who you want to work with. It only does .torrent files though. www.turbotorrent.com/

Limewire. GREAT program. FAST downloads. Automatic virus scan. It downloads ALL types of files. EVEN programs and other cool stuff. Its much like Kazaa, only better. umm... all P2P programs are like that, it just depends on what the peers are sharing. I suppose BT is an exception, but only because you have to have the torrent files first. The difference is how the network is set up. Automatic virus scan isn't too usefull due to the evolving nature of viruses, and that if you're careful about what the filename is in relation to the filesize and description, you shouldn't run into any viruses. I use IRC & Bittorrent (Azureus), mainly IRC
