I don't know about torrents, but I've been getting them at reasonable speed off IRC (~50KB/s). I found two fileservers, but the second one has a corrupted ep 4. The first is in channel #sailormooncenter (Cake) and the second is in #animehaven (neoblargg) Neither have a very long queue, if any, but you'll need to be able to access firewalled servers. If you don't have a firewall, or you've set up port forwarding, this shouldn't be a problem. Oh, the IRC server is irc.rizon.net
