Hi, how are you? I have a problem. I am here on a V1 Visa along with my minor children. My petitioner was successfully deported last year Three months after I arrived in the USA. I now have a my legal work permit which I applied for and also my Social Security Card. I am currently employed full time and also have a bank account. My priority date is 01 June 2000. Can I finish the paper work for myself since I am here and working legally? One more thing, My I-94 expires on June 19 2005. Does it still matter if I am not returning to my country at this time or do I need to get a new one?
