How can I wire a Lenz LS150 turnout decoder using Digitrax BD4 to turn turnout

I have not tried it, but would be surprised if it would work. The LS150 has not input ability, so there is way to hook the BD4 up directly. The problem is that the LS150 does not operate manually by sensing an input like the DS-54 for which the BD4 was designed. Instead, it bypasses the LS150 completely when external push-buttons are used. On way to do this may be to use a teamdigital blockdetector to drive a relais, which then replaces the switch in the LS150 set-up.
