So I was looking around and I found a few scanlations sites for Yami no Matsuei then I read somewhere that it was now lisenced so does that mean that there will be no more scanlations (humour me I'm new at this)

Yami no Matsuei has been lisenced by VIZ, so most manga scanlators will likely drop the project. Theria.net does full translations if you'd like to read about what is going on, but if you're a real fan of the series, do what I did and buy the books from www.sasugabooks.com <- it's not as expensive as it sounds! good luck ^^
