Qualified Lawyer

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

I have been visiting this site for over four years. I have followed all the useful advice but nevertheless the establishment dumped my 7 months pregnant wife and me out on the street. However, all is not lost because I feel the truth will out because we are before Judge Howarth (the judge that let the naive Meadows off a £324K debt that they signed up for). I still believe though that in my struggle against the Royal Bank of Scotland Group the Bank will ultimately get away with fraud. This is not because my allegations are groundless but because it has the best legal representation money can buy, whilst everyone on this site is reduced to using IBAS (a husband & wife team that tried and failed to prove fraud against a high street bank). If the courts are not to reach an O J Simpson style judgment than I need qualified legal advise to present my arguments. However, contributors to this site seem to agree that the public won't secure the services of the best legal minds because either they are already retained by the lenders or refuse to take such cases on for fear of being blacklisted by the same. Any suggestions welcome.

If you are in Scotland you could try Mike Daly a solicitor based at Govan Law Centre...check the web under Govan Law Centre in Glasgow. Otherwise hopefully someone in England will come up with a suitable alternative.

Good Luck!
