what does "Adult Swim Fan Subbed" mean...... most the anime there clearly aren't shown in Adult Swim yet.

It means that the staff member "Adult Swim Fan" linked the episodes with subtitles, meaning its in Japanese.

Actually for this particular site it means that the episodes were provided by someone who taped them in japan on adult swim. Then they subbed (subtitles)/dubbed (voices replaced)/left it raw (in its origimal language)/
