I am a Byzantine catholic and looking to get married in my church that I grew up in. My fiancee is a Roman Catholic. Would this pose any problem with us getting married in a byzantine catholic church?

If you mean a Byzantine Catholic as in one who is in union with the Pope of Rome then I don't see any problem with it. Your fiancee could always ask her local Priest to confirm this though.
