Just to let you know I used a solictor and a bankrupcy practitioner at a cost of approx £363.00 and my lender (B&B) accepted my offer of approx 50% of the debt, I was informed they would of accepted lower, so use this site and also research how to approch these lenders.

Also try not to feel that this is personal treat it as business as those lenders do.... remember if you have nothing they can get nothing, if you are hiding money they will find it.

I also applied honesty to all my creditors and seemed to get a good response from them especially the banks.

Also before you go bankrupt take out a bank account with zero balance in it and keep it that way and you will be allowed to keep this account to use afterwards.
