I just graduated this Friday. I've just been pigging out and sleeping. And then, we had to drive from San Diego back to Texas, so I did more pigging out and sleep. And I'm getting ready to sleep again :D

Hi David,

I finished moving the family since you left. The forum is as active as ever. Glad to have you back.

-- Andy S ("ask3332004@yahoo.com"), December 14, 2004.

Hi David. [I've been extremely busy with church duties, school duties, and Scouts.]

Happy to see you back home! I feel much safer now that you're a Marine. Oh, what am I saying? I gotta watch what I say now that you are in tip-top condition, you'll probably be able to kick my carcass around the block!

Good to have home, David.

Welome back form the old Scottish King Zarove. OK Im English bu decneded form an Old Scotish King...

Ah well, Hi. h is yor email reactive now?

-- ZAROVE (ZAROFF3@JUNO.COM), December 14, 2004.

Hey David.,

Boy did I miss you!

This board can be a very lonely place when you are the only one who believes in the literal understanding of Scripture and in Scripture alone as your source of authority : (

I prayed for you every day during my morning devotionals. I hope you are happy.

How long will you be around?

-- (faith01@myway.com), December 14, 2004.

Faith,

For about a month, till Jan. 11th. Then I report to S.O.I.

-- David Ortiz (cyberpunk1986@hotmail.com), December 14, 2004.

Welcome back, David. I was actually excited to click this link to see if it was you. ;)

-- Max Darity (arrowtouch@yahoo.com), December 14, 2004.

Rod had predicted you will be lurking out by Christmas.

He was right.

Glad to hear from you, David.

-- Elpidio Gonzalez (egonval@yahoo.com), December 14, 2004.

David,

I am all alone here...

This board has turned into an "Alternative" Catholic site--a stomping ground of sorts--and I'm the one getting stomped on : (

So glad you will be here for a while.

I am not very up on Military language-- what is S.O.I.?

Tell us about your experience after you have had enough time to catch- up with your life.

-- (faith01@myway.com), December 14, 2004.

Faith no one stomped on you. Liekise, not everyone here is Catholic. I don ttink anyone will mistake ELP FOR cATHOLIC. IM NOT REALLY cATHOLIC. Several others arent Catholic who infrewuntly post.

The rst is buisness as usual.

-- ZAROVE (ZAROFF3@JUNO.COM), December 14, 2004.

Hi David and welcome back! I'm still around too. I hope boot camp treated you well. God bless,

-- Emily ("jesusfollower7@yahoo.com"), December 14, 2004.

I'm not Catholic. Maybe everyone who isn't faith's faith is Catholic?

Hey David, glad you made it through better than I? I'll have to start calling you Petty Officer for fun. Btw, what is your rank?

Welcome back

-- Luke Juarez (hubertdorm@yahoo.com), December 14, 2004.

We started on the wrong foot after you left. But since then we have kept up with the Catholic Forum. Debates and conversations have been mostly well mannered. First message: 2003-07-07 We went up from 12,988 when you left in September to Most recent posting: 2004-12-14 : 18031 , that's 5000 messages.During the same period the Catholic went up 4,300. Well, also Rod almost caught up to you as you predicted, David.

Well, I'm glad to see everyone is still around.

Luke, I'm just a Private for now. I'm still real busy right now and won't get to post much.

Zarove and Emily, my Messenger lost it's contacts list, but you know my address if you want to chat :)

-- David Ortiz (cyberpunk1986@hotmail.com), December 15, 2004.

Well,

I got to meet Pastor Gene Cook. Pretty nice guy, I enjoyed his Sunday sermon too. We drove from San Diego back to Texas, and I was disappointed we didn't pass through Phoenix. I would have paid Mr. White a visit too :) Oh well, the hardest part of training was the swimming. I couldn't swim, so it was hard on me.

-- ZAROVE (ZAROFF3@JUNO.COM), December 16, 2004.
