I am setting up a pump for Constant Pressure operation using a VFD with PID. I would like to tweak the PID values in order to make the system responses adequate to the requirements. I am, however, not fully equipped to do so. Would anyone be able to shed some light as to how I should go about attaining the required stability of the system. The parameters in the drive that control the PID options are : PID Prop Gain PID Integral Time PID Diff Time PID Filter Time

Any information on the above would help.
