if anybody can help me...

my subtitle workshop shows the movie upside down... and it's *a tad* difficult to submit subtitles that way... cuz I shorta put them over the english fansubs, not over raw... and it's really disturbing, cuz I shorta promised a ton of people i'd sub them some stuff, and i wanna get better at it too...

so anybody know what the problem is? if it's a codec problem, what codec do I need to download? etc etc
