I am 43 years old and had a catholic wedding in church, 3 years later after I got married I was arrested and sentenced to 8 years in prision, 2 years after being in jail my wife filed for divorce and left me, I want to know if the marriage can be annuled, we are divorce trough court but not trough the church and I would like to get married again but not until my first marriage is annuled. My exwife, became a jew and remarried, Thanks for the prompt answer.

No-one can tell you for certain up front if the marriage can be annuled. That will depend on various factors. But you are free to petition for annulment, and the tribunal will then determine if there is sufficient grounds for annulment. Your parish priest can help you get started, or you can call the tribunal office directly. It should be listed in the phone book under "Diocese of ..."
