l33t-raws.org usually has raw (unsubbed) episodes up for downloading every Wed., but if you want fansubbed tenipuri, anime-otakus (http://a.scarywater.net/ao) is only to 141. :/ I heard tale of chinese subs a lot further along, but I don't have the address nor the name of the group.
