I am facing Court Case on Friday for repossession of property following inability to maintain arrears programme structured in September. Following illness post-bankruptcy, I am asking the Court to put Norgans Rules in place - arrears over lifetime left on mortgage - but SHELTER say its up to the judge on the day and they themselves have had no success! What stage are they at? Have they got suspended repossession order? Money Judgement order for arrears?
