I am engaged to a Nigerian citizen who is currently on a work visa living in Vienna, Austria. I want to know the quickest way we can get married without him having to go back to Africa. He is currently having legal problems in Austria with a former employer. He was working when the owner of the company's daughter wanted more from him than he wanted to give. He was served with a letter from the state police stating he would have to marry within two weeks or be deported back to Africa since the employer no longer needed his services. He has since then found another job in Vienna but it is going to cause me extreme hardship to fly to Austria. What are our legal rights?
