can I marry in a Catholic Church

I have 2 children and have never been married, we have one child of our own. My fiance is Catholic and I am Baptist,can we get married in a catholic church?

Answers

Yes, if he has not been married before, and is willing to commit to raising the children in the Catholic faith. If he has been previously married you could still marry in the Catholic Church, if he is eligible for, and obtains, an annulment of the previous marriage.
