does anyone know what happened to this site , i think its the biggest site for downloading anime op and ed songs,the site is http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~gendou/amusic/index.php they said i dont have permission to go in , i dont really get it

That is a students personal website on a school server. The school might have seen that there was a lot of activity on it and shut it down due to the amount of bandwidth that it was using. Either that or the person made it a protected file, and only those on that server can access it.
