try http://www.national-anime.com, just follow their instructions, you also need to vote first before downloading but don't worry, its a one time voting, they have dub and sub animes, like for example, they have hellsing in dub and sub edition, this site is a direct download and they have many animes to choose from, maybe they have all the anime you want. all anime in this site are all in RM format so you need RealPlayer or Real Alternative 1.29, i recommend Real Alternative 1.29 coz its a great player. there is an anime site also in AVI format, its http://www.dbgt.com, just register first for free. just email me what you think about this sites. thanks...
