I am wondering what type of tools there are out there for various man (Otis, Kone, etc..) to help diagnose shutdowns. I am also very interested in the type of tools companies use to eliminate the paperwork trail. ( PDA's to look at shutdowns and fill in reports have customer sign then send back to company via software and wireless connectivity etc.. )

I am thinking about using such tools any help would be appreciated.
