You can find all of Full Moon wo Sagashite at www.syuura.com You'll need to register as a member in the forum first before you'll be allowed to download. Once you're a member just to to the 'Manga Distribution' forum and it'll be there. If there's chapter missing it means that those chapters are available for download on the main page in the 'Manga' section. Syuura also hosts all of Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne.
