If you are interested in a lovely wooden two-axle trailer to sell coffee out of, I have one for sale. Built for 31K. Will sell for 17K OBO. Too many features to list. But I would gladly send you some photos.

I have a very nice NEW 9 x 14 Drive Thru building for sale. The exterior is completely finished. (Metal Roofing/Cedar Shake accents,large attractive windows, wooden door, & new air conditioner.) The interior is NOT finished-so you can put in the cabinets, plumbing, etc.. you might need for your particular site. I am also including a 2 group Sorrento (purchased & regular maint. by Burgess of Seattle) all for a package price of $10,000 firm. I have yet to advertise but am going to put in the paper next week.
