We should took over several Dover Tac 20 and 50 in which we found two unit with blow IGBT in the drive. I call Vertex first, then Powerrex and they give a 18 weeks lead time. Part # PM200DVA120 and PM100CVA120. Any body with a local vender.

The TAC 20 doesn't have a IGBT.

You may be able to get the IGBT's faster if you just call the local TKE office near you.

igbt's

if u have bad igbt's make sure you check the brake to make sure it is not hanging up and also this is very important change the capacitors in the drive all of them. especally if they bleed" black on the bolts and plate" or you will be looking for more igbts
