My husband works for the military. He was injured in the war and now works in an office. Before he would be on a ship or out in the field with Marines. Someone overheard him say the F word in conversation and reported it to his supervisor. Later she mention that she would press charges on my husband for Sexual Harrassment? My husband might of said the word but certainly not directed to her. Can she press charges? If so, can we press charges for defamation of character?
