Deacons and Incardination

Can married Deacons be incardinated anywhere other than his diocese eg FSSP?

The FSSP answers to the bishops in the dioceses where they operate. You should probably be asking the FSSP whether or not they would accept you, and my initial instinct is that they would not, but they're not far off from being full blown Novus Ordo themselves, so it's possible.
