Hello, I recently bought a desk lamp at auction that I believe to be Art Deco. It has a metal base and the shade evokes the shape of an airplane wing. It has a clock in the base with stylized, geometric shaped numbers. (The shape of the shade, as well as the numbers on the clock seem art deco to me.) It has the name of Simmons on the clock face and it has an electromagnetic movement. I have not checked under the felt that lines the base to see if there is a maker's name. I am looking for resources that could tell me if this is an art deco clock and where it might have been manufactured. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated.
