As far as i know there is not a Lain manga out there, but there is small one shot in one of the artbooks, it was called "omnipresence in the wired", if i remember correctly. If you are interested in the one shoot post back.

I'm not that great, I'm just sharing some knowledge of the net, with others fans of the series. The manga is good, is a lot more darker than the anime and also the Lain personality in this one is different compared with the anime, but its a lot alike with the personality she have in the game.
