I think I know the answer to this, but I'm curious anyway. Will different throttles and accessories work with different systems? Like Digitrax DT400R throttles and UR91's hooked to NCE commamd stations and boosters?

I would think that each manufacture would have a specific way that everything was linked, like Digitrax's Loconet and the others would be reading and sending Greek.

Answers

For the most part, the interfaces are different and incompatible. The only exception I know of is Atlas and Lenz, because the Atlas system is made by Lenz. (Well there is NCE and System One but System One is no longer made or marketed.)
