Yes, of course it is. You already know the answer to that. And if you're going to come back with "why? when it prevents AIDS", then you can't see your faulty logic. There's absolutely no point in discussing it further.

Except to say that condoms don't prevent AIDS. They just reduce the risk.

ABSTINENCE prevents AIDS!

Actually, no... Abstinence doesn't prevent the risk of AIDS completely. You can get it through other means

ABSTENANCE PREVENTSD DISEASE SPREAD BY SEXUAL ACTIVITY IS THE MOST ACCURATE, TECHNICLALY.

However, The chances of geting AIDS wile not haivng sex is less than 1% if you are in perfect health and not doign anything at all to alter this.

It shoots up with IV drig use and needle swapping.

Or with nessisary blood transfusiosn, as sometkems a bad sample infects the lot.

However, if you arent in hiosotial and not doign drugs, your chanves of getign AIDS are pretty danged slim if you arent haivgn sex.

Condomns only redce the chances by about 50%, the other 35% brignign it to 85% safety coems form the fact that even if yo do NOT wear a condom while haivng sex with an HIV pisitive paetner , you may not contract the disease nessisarily.
