Just thought I'd mention it in case some of you union brothers have missed it.

The IUEC has made a deal with Ivy Tech toward a degree program for the apprentiship program. Older guys who completed the course years ago are sort of grandfathered in and can pick up an associates degree with only a few more courses. You never know what might happen in the future, and a degree could help if you ever change careers, etc.

Even better for Otis guys, the company awards you with a stock grant when you get your degree. I'd hurry to get this before they see how many guys are going to take advantage of it.
